Obituary for Christopher Emerson Sale

Christopher Emerson Sale, 36, of Monrovia, MD, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday August 9, 2017. He was born in Olney, MD on April 24, 1981.
Christopher was a graduate of Urbana High, Class of 1999. He became a member of Steamfitters Union Local 602. Recently, Christopher was self-employed working with his father.
Christopher is survived by his daughters Alyssa and Emma Sale; Parents John and Chris Sale; Grandmother Juanita Emerson; Sisters Roxanne Sale, Angelina Purcelley and husband Brent; Brother Jonathan Sale and wife Naterra; Niece Briella Sale; Nephews Robert Matusek, Mason Matusek and Jayden Sale.
Christopher enjoyed spending time with his daughters, watching movies and cheering on his favorite football team the Dallas Cowboys. He had a very generous spirit, helping and giving what he could to his family and friends. In his spare time, one of his hobbies was tinkering with equipment and/or old Cadillacs.
A memorial service will be held at 11 AM Monday, August 14, 2017 at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 27015 Ridge Road, Damascus, MD 20872. The family will receive friends and loved ones one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery S. Main Street, Mount Airy, MD. Arrangements are with Hartzler Funeral Home, Union Bridge, MD.
Christopher will be sadly missed by family and friends.
